Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sacred Ember Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellations
