1. Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipping.
During holidays or high order volume, processing may take longer.

Handcrafted wellness takes time — thank you for your patience.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. Shipping fee will appear at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping (US): 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions, weather, or unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear through the carrier.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered, Sacred Ember Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend verifying your shipping address at checkout.

6. Wrong Address Entered

If a wrong address was entered at checkout, Sacred Ember Essentials is not responsible for delays or lost shipments.
We cannot re-ship or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of product + packaging
Description of the issue

We will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no cost.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Sacred Ember Essentials only ships within the United States.
International shipping may be offered in the future.

9. Shipping Delays

Once an order is shipped, Sacred Ember Essentials has no control over postal delays or carrier transit times.
